Please read these terms carefully before placing a pre-order.

1. About Zipline Health

Zipline Health, Inc. ("Zipline Health," "we," "us," or "our") is an early-stage medical technology company based in the United States. We develop at-home imaging and wellness devices, beginning with the Jumbo™ ear imaging system.

A note from our founder: Zipline Health is an early-stage medical technology company. We manufacture based on confirmed demand because our per-unit costs during this low-volume period are high. Pre-order funds are essential to our ability to manufacture and deliver, which is why we cannot process refunds once manufacturing begins. We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace any device with a confirmed manufacturing defect — but we are not able to accept returns for misuse or change of mind after manufacturing starts. 2. Pre-Order Terms

By placing a pre-order you agree to the following terms:

What you are purchasing

You are placing a pre-order for the Jumbo™ Ear Imaging Kit at the launch price of $229 plus applicable shipping and taxes. Your card is charged at the time of purchase. This is a pre-order — the device is not yet in production.

Production threshold

We will begin manufacturing once we reach our minimum production threshold. We will continue to accept pre-orders after manufacturing begins. Shipping starts approximately 3 months after we receive enough orders to meet our minimum production threshold. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence received — delivery timing depends on total order volume.

Pre-manufacturing refund policy

You may request a full refund at any time before manufacturing begins by contacting us at info@ziplinehealth.com.

Manufacturing notification

When our production threshold is met, we will notify all active pre-order customers by email. You will have 14 days from that notification to request a full refund. After 14 days, funds are committed to manufacturing and orders are final.

Post-manufacturing orders

Pre-orders placed after manufacturing has begun are final at the time of purchase, subject to a 14-day change of mind refund window from your individual order date. To request a refund within this window contact us at info@ziplinehealth.com.

12-month threshold protection

If our production threshold has not been met within 12 months of your individual order date, we will issue an automatic full refund within 14 business days. If you wish to continue waiting beyond 12 months, reply to our notification email and your pre-order will remain active indefinitely until the threshold is met or you request a refund.

Summary: Full refund available anytime before manufacturing starts. 14-day refund window when manufacturing threshold is met, or from order date for post-manufacturing orders. Automatic full refund if threshold not met within 12 months. Order early for priority fulfillment.

Refund eligibility is determined by the stage of your order as outlined in Section 2. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Once your order has shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind after shipment.

5. Manufacturing Defect Warranty

Zipline Health warrants the Jumbo™ Ear Imaging Kit against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of delivery.

What is covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery
  • Hardware failures not caused by user action
  • Components that fail under normal intended use

What is not covered

  • Physical damage, drops, or impacts
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or use outside intended purpose
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair

Warranty remedy

If your device has a manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, we will replace it at no charge. Zipline Health reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny warranty claims for damage not attributable to manufacturing defects. To initiate a warranty claim contact us at info@ziplinehealth.com with photos and a description of the issue.

The Zipline Health Jumbo™ Ear Imaging Kit and the Zipline app, including any AI-powered image analysis and probability comparison features, are designed for general wellness and informational purposes only.

  • The device and app are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease
  • Results do not constitute medical advice and should not replace professional medical evaluation
  • AI image analysis and probability comparisons are for informational reference only
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment
  • If you believe you or a family member requires urgent medical attention, seek emergency care immediately

7. Compatibility

Compatible devices

  • Mid-range and flagship Android phones and tablets
  • USB-C iPad models: iPad Pro (2018 and later), iPad Air (2020 and later), iPad mini (2021 and later), iPad standard (2022 and later)

Not compatible — do not order if you have these devices

  • Entry-level and budget Android phones — these devices will not work
  • Lightning connector iPad models (older iPads)
  • All iPhone models — including new USB-C iPhone models

It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing. If you are unsure whether your device is compatible, contact us at info@ziplinehealth.com before placing an order.

Compatibility returns

If the Zipline device does not function with your mid-range or flagship Android device or USB-C iPad due to hardware incompatibility, you may return the device unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the device price. Shipping costs are not refundable.

The following are not eligible for compatibility returns as incompatibility is clearly disclosed at time of purchase:

  • Entry-level and budget Android phones
  • Lightning connector iPad models
  • All iPhone models including USB-C iPhone models

To initiate a compatibility return contact info@ziplinehealth.com with your device make and model within 14 days of delivery.

8. Age Requirement

By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. The Zipline Health device is intended for use by adults on themselves and their family members including children under adult supervision.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zipline Health's total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the device. Zipline Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Intellectual Property

The Zipline Health device, software, brand, and associated technology are protected by US patents including: 12,390,161 · 8,858,430 · 10,463,241 · 11,471,035 · 12,295,546 · 11,011,271 · plus 2 allowed, and several additional applications pending. All rights reserved.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the courts of New York State.

12. Changes to These Terms

Zipline Health reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our site or maintenance of an active pre-order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
