It is not compatible with any iPhone model, budget or entry-level Android phones, or older Lightning connector iPads. If you receive the device and it is not compatible with your mid-range or flagship Android device or USB-C iPad, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return — handled at our discretion on a case by case basis.
